Richard Flagel
Richard Flagel began his career in real estate in 1964 as a Property Manager for Arthur Beerman at Beerman Realty. In 1967, he moved into sales and obtained his Broker's license. He became a specialist in locating franchise sites for companies such as Kentucky Fried Chicken, Pizza Hut and many others. In 1975, he opened his own office specializing in property management, appraisals and office and shopping center leasing.
During these years, he has maintained a strong interest in community. He is a past president of Dayton Chapter of NAIOP (National Association of Industrial and Office Properties), past president of Centerville Rotary, and a member of Building Owners and Managers Association. He is also a board member of the Human Race Theater Association and former member of the Property Committee for the Jewish Federation.
He is a graduate of Indiana University and of Dayton Fairview High School.
His personal goals are to increase our management properties from 720,000 square feet to 1.5 million square feet in the next 5 years. Our property management growth has been strong and steady over the past several years. "We want to be the premier Third Party Management Company in the Miami Valley. We are looking for good sales associates and property managers to continue this growth."
Richard is married to Marni Flagel and has two children and two grandchildren. Richard's son is Dean of Admissions at George Mason University and his daughter is married and living in Louisville, Kentucky.
